• Keeping them lit and functioning is each homeowner's responsibility
• Replacement bulbs are to be 70W high pressure sodium, Type E17 to fit an ANSI ballast #S62
• Replacement lanterns and posts are available here.  Lantern is Hanover B9935 (black), and pole is Hanover 394-10 ft

Mailboxes and stands

• Keeping them standing upright with mailboxes that close and match the other boxes is also each homeowners's responsiblity.
• If a multifamily stand needs to be replaced, those families need to team up determine when it will be replaced, who will do it, and what each family's share of the expenses is.
